Reclaiming Self Therapy, LLC, Melissa N. Mark, LPC
Melissa Mark, LPC, offers virtual individual therapy for adults throughout Arizona and in-person sessions in Flagstaff. She specializes in eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, and complex trauma (C-PTSD), with a passion for helping clients heal the deeper emotional wounds that often underlie these struggles. Melissa works with adults who may feel stuck in cycles of shame, self-criticism, disordered eating, anxiety, or relationship difficulties and helps them move toward greater self-understanding, connection, and healing.
Melissa is trained in EMDR and uses a warm, compassionate, and deeply trauma-informed approach that integrates somatic practices, mindfulness, and strength-based methods. She is also completing advanced clinical training in the Relationship Recovery Process (RRP), a model designed to support survivors of childhood trauma in reclaiming a sense of safety, self-worth, and emotional regulation.
Melissa believes healing happens within safe, attuned relationships and strives to create a supportive therapeutic space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered. Her approach helps clients develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves and their bodies while building the tools needed for lasting emotional healing and meaningful change.

Hannah Sweeney, LCSW
You are here, which means you are listening to something inside that is calling you toward change. Maybe change feels unreachable at times, hidden underneath fear, anxiety, heaviness, stuckness, or relationship conflict. While these experiences can feel like barriers to change, it is my belief that strategies used to manage pain are actually adaptations that were once crucial to navigating life. So your painful layers are here as information, alongside your desire for change. Whether you are seeking individual or couples therapy, you don’t have to carry it all alone.
For individual therapy, I have a clinical orientation to working with those who are healing from developmental trauma, relationship challenges, complex emotional experiences, anxiety, depression, stage of life transitions, and dissociation. I have advanced training in EMDR, and often use attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, somatic approaches, parts work, and CBT in my practice.
For couples therapy, I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), which has many years of research in its efficacy in helping couples rewrite painful relationship patterns, deepen their emotional bonds, and find more secure attachment.
There is a whole world inside of you. To get a window into that world as a therapist is truly an honor. If you're curious about services, you can find me here.

Sedona Psychiatry, Susan Bigley, FNP/PMHNP-BC
Susan’s philosophy reflects a deep understanding of the complexity of human experience and the importance of addressing mental health challenges. By recognizing that we are all continually evolving, she acknowledges the fluidity of personal growth and the need for adaptable approaches to mental health care.
Her holistic approach goes beyond simply prescribing medication to alleviate symptoms. Instead, she recognizes that true healing often requires addressing various aspects of a person’s life, including their lifestyle habits, personal goals, and behavioral patterns. By incorporating elements such as goal setting and behavioral counseling, Susan empowers her clients to actively participate in their own journey towards mental wellness.
Integrating medication management with lifestyle habits, personal goals, and behavioral counseling, Susan ensures a well-rounded treatment plan. This empowers her clients to take an active role in their healing journey, promoting lasting change. This multifaceted strategy addresses immediate mental health concerns but also nurtures overall well-being and resilience. Learn more about my services here.
Wellness PSI, Dr. Sherri Gallagher
Time and again, it has been shown that those experiencing mental health concerns suffer not just from a chemical imbalance — but from a “dis-ease” of the mind / body / spirit. As humans, we are born in a natural homeostasis and place of wellness; we are born whole. Life is riddled with difficulty, and this can sometimes result in a shift from this wholeness. Dr. Gallagher’s aim is to help you regain the wellness that is naturally part of you.
Dr. Gallagher provides evaluation services to children, adolescents, and young adults and their families, with a specialty in early childhood (infancy through preschool). She also provides psychological assessments for a variety of developmental disorders, including Autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and learning disorders. Her interventions focus on returning the individual / family to a state of wellness and happiness. Dr. Gallagher believes that each person’s birthright is to be happy and healthy. As part of her practice, she collaborates with schools, psychiatrists, pediatricians, and other therapists to provide integrative care.
Starting in January, Dr. Gallagher will start offering therapy again. Learn more about her testing and therapy services here.
