About Reclaim Self Therapy
At Reclaiming Self Therapy, LLC, I offer therapy for adults navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, complex trauma (C-PTSD), and the lasting impact of difficult or emotionally painful relationships. My goal is to create a space where clients feel genuinely safe, supported, and understood as they reconnect with themselves and move toward healing at their own pace.
My goal is to create a space where clients feel genuinely safe, supported, and understood as they reconnect with themselves and move toward healing at their own pace.
Many of the people I work with are highly functioning on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Therapy can be a place to slow down, process these experiences, and begin building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
My approach is warm, grounded, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate nervous system regulation, somatic practices, attachment-focused work, and strength-based approaches to help clients move beyond survival mode and toward greater self-trust, emotional connection, and stability.
I also draw from Intuitive Eating principles and specialized eating disorder treatment approaches to support healing that goes deeper than symptom management alone.
In addition to being trained in EMDR, I am completing advanced clinical training in the Relationship Recovery Process (RRP), a model designed to help survivors of childhood trauma and relational wounds reclaim a sense of safety, identity, and self-worth. Beginning in summer 2026, I will also be putting together RRP groups both in-person in Flagstaff and virtually across Arizona.
I offer in-person therapy sessions locally in Flagstaff, as well as virtual therapy for adults throughout Arizona. If you are interested in learning more about me, working together or upcoming RRP groups, please contact me through my Alma profile, Psychology Today profile, or websites:
