About Jim Wittekind, DPT, …
Not your typical Physical Therapist.
Not your typical results.
Many of us just can’t stop. Can’t stop running unconscious movement patterns that lock in pain, tension, and dysfunction; reduce our ability to heal; and limit our potential. Sometimes we need strength and stretching. And sometimes, what we truly need to find the relief we are looking for, is a whole body recalibration.
A Full System Reboot
In some ways, your brain is similar to a computer. As you release into deep relaxation, I use my hands to gently reshape your ribcage, skull, and pelvis, guiding you into a state of true rest. The state of doing nothing. The state between states. The Zero State - the state of Unlimited Potential.
The Result?
Instant improvement in symptoms and a profoundly new sensory experience. Some shake. Some giggle. Some weep as they finally embody the knowing that change is possible. Experiences include being effortlessly rooted, expanded and feeling full of potential. Some even have their symptoms, such as weakness due to a nerve root impingement, completely resolved - in one session.
As a Dr of Physical Therapy, I have spent over 20 years working with bodies in all stages of illness, disease, and movement dysfunction. That clinical background makes my work precise, safe, and grounded in a deep understanding of how the human system actually organizes itself for movement. If you are struggling with an acute injury or painful problem, I will uncover and explain exactly what you are dealing with.
That’s where the similarity
to other PTs ends
I have grown beyond the traditional western medical model. My sessions integrate cutting edge movement science, a deep appreciation for how our beautiful brains organize our bodies for movement, energy medicine, and sound healing. I have transformed my role from Physical Therapist into Movement Alchemist. I meet you where you are and guide you to where you’ve been trying to go.
